FEROX AND CRYO AB TO JOINTLY MANUFACTURE AND MARKET CRYOGENIC SEMI-TRAILERS
Decin, Czech Republic – November 10, 2005 – CRYO AB (“CRYO”) located in Sweden and Ferox a.s. (“Ferox”) located in the Czech Republic have agreed to jointly manufacture and market cryogenic semi-trailers.

The semi-trailers will be built to the proven, high tech design of the CRYO Gungner trailer. Ferox will supply major components of the trailer. Final assembly and finishing of the trailers will be carried out by CRYO at their works in Gothenburg, Sweden.
